OUR SERVICES

Family Medical Care White Salmon WABOTOX smooths frown lines, forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, smoker’s lines and sagging eyebrows. Treatments are FDA approved, safe, simple and with little discomfort. Generally, the entire appointment takes less than 30 minutes. Botox is an injectable, purified proteins that temporarily relaxes the underlying muscles. Results last between 3 to 4 months, but of course, conditions vary patient by patient.

DERMAL FILLERS offer a great way to smooth wrinkles, plump lips, fill scars and soften facial folds caused by loss of collagen. With the addition of lidocaine, patients receive natural-looking results with minimal discomfort and downtime. At White Salmon Family Practice, we use the JUVEDERM line of products. All fillers are naturally-based or bio-identical substances that help stimulate the organic formation of collagen in your skin. Treatments last generally 8 months to 2 years depending on areas treated.

JUVEDERM VOLBELLA XC is one of the latest innovations in injectable fillers and non-surgical lip augmentation. It adds fullness to the lips and softens the appearance of the lines around the lips. Volbella is recommended for its soft consistency that mimics the natural feeling of your lips. Volbella treatments typically last between 1 year to 18 months.

CHEMICAL PEELS are a proven and safe method of exfoliation, removing cellular build-up on the surface layers of your skin. Peels are used for acne, prematurely aged skin, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, acne lesions and dry skin. We recommend peel treatments in a series of 4 to 6 to ensure the greatest benefit. We have several options between products from VI PEEL and SKIN CEUTICALS.

MICRONEEDLING, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that improves skin texture and firmness. It is highly effective for reduction of fine lines, acne scars, and rosacea. The process involves the use of a device that contains fine needles that puncture the skin. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. Through the process, there is an improvement in skin texture and firmness, as well as a reduction in scars and pore size. An interval of 4 to 6 weeks between treatments is typically recommended. Following the initial 4 to 6 treatments of needling, we recommend doing maintenance treatments at intervals of 3 to 6 months.

KYBELLA is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.” It is the first and only FDA-approved NON-SURGICAL injectable treatment to improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat beneath the chin by physically destroying fat cells. It is currently not approved for other areas of the body. Kybella is given during an in-office visit and the process takes about 30 minutes. Depending upon the amount and distribution of your submental fat and your personal treatment goals, up to 6 treatments may be administered, spaced no less than 1 month apart.
